Colin develops secure, scalable, and intelligent technology solutions that help organisations transform operations and capture new growth opportunities. His experience spans blockchain, artificial intelligence, IoT systems, and digital transformation, with hands-on contributions to projects in both research and applied technology domains.

He has built solutions ranging from AI-driven smart contract vulnerability detection tools to a full-scale IoT smart water dispensing system with real-time monitoring, remote management, and data-driven optimisation. His work has supported initiatives in communications, smart infrastructure, and operational automation, enabling clients to adopt future-ready technologies with confidence.

Colin holds both a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics (First Class Honours) and a Master of Engineering in Future Communications (in progress) from the Singapore Institute of Technology. A recipient of the Future Communications R&D Scholarship (2023), he specialises in research and implementation at the intersection of federated learning and blockchain security, bringing a strong technical foundation and a results-focused consulting approach to every engagement.
