At GleamCore, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who is passionate about growth and results. This is a strategic role designed to drive the company’s revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for expanding GleamCore’s market presence, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client value.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Strategy Development: Identify and analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to develop strategies for new business opportunities. Research target industries and sectors where GleamCore can expand.
Lead Generation and Networking: Actively seek out new business opportunities by generating leads, engaging with potential clients, attending networking events, and utilizing professional networks.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a strong pipeline of future business. Foster trust and communication to create lasting partnerships.
Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client requirements. Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and project management teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Performance Tracking: Use CRM tools and analytics to track business development activities, monitor KPIs, and report on progress to upper management.
Market Expansion: Identify new markets for expansion and collaborate with leadership to develop market-entry strategies, ensuring sustainable growth.
Brand Representation: Represent GleamCore at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company’s services and expertise.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the tech or service industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Results-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and demonstrate success in building revenue pipelines.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and drive revenue growth.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving environment with competing deadlines.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools for tracking leads, managing contacts, and analyzing performance metrics.
