Led innovation programs for Aviation and Aerospace industry, focusing on Sustainability, Digital and Logistics & Supply Chain technologies. Built an Impact Fund to support startups on their commercialisation and growth journey, leading investment portfolio management and deal flow analysis.

Graduated with Master of Science in Technology Management and Bachelors of Engineering Science (Aerospace) (First Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University.
